To clean your jewelry, use warm water and a mild soap, then dry your design with a clean soft cloth.

The diameter is measured by the inner wearable space. The design is the same on both sides. The picture really doesn't do it justice but the inner space is smooth along the entire inner decorative portion of the ring.
